NPR interview with Mr. Chris Barnhill one of most successful blueberry growers in NC

Travelling to Portland, Salem, Corvallis, Eugene and Lowell, OR to learn more about blueberry operations in Oregon.

We had a cool day spending time with 16 teachers from all around North Carolina. The learned about Vaccinium and Rubus Teams at NCSU. They tasted and ranked 12 blueberry cultivars. The also had a chance to extract DNA from blueberry and strawberry.
